Cost of return shipping

Retuning an item does not incur a restocking fee.

When this occurs and the products are not correct by us, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, there are no costs associated with returning the products.

However, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping expenses if you need to return an item because you ordered the wrong thing, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want it.

Processing Returns: Steps

1. Request a return authorization number from customer service.

2. Package your return and send it in.
Make sure the shipment package is clearly marked with the return authorization number.

3. We get the reimbursement.

4. The response is examined.

5. If the item is found to be in working order, we will give a refund or replacement at your request.


Exchanges

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

 

Additional

In some instances, with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product. Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions. 

If for any reason there is a defect in our product, the customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from the date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect. 

Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.

Refund process :

If we confirm through email that you are qualified for a full refund after carefully reviewing your order, your refund will be executed by our internal team within 07 business days of refund confirmation.

Following the return policy of the payment gateways that the shopbigonline.com  is integrating, we will issue a full refund for this order within 48 hours of receiving the email or SMS requesting the cancellation of the customer's order. Our Customer Care Department will confirm the details of the order on your email within the next 24 hours (from the time of receiving the email/SMS).
Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card provider can take some time.
